Mr. Raza is a development sector professional having academic and professional experience in conceptualization, development and delivery of projects in the areas of industrial competitiveness, environment, climate change, governance, livelihood, public policy, education, health, child rights, disaster risk management, and social sector development.

He has developed and customized project management and monitoring tools as per requirements and has track record of managing multiple projects using best available project management tools.

He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Pakistan, Masters in Computer Sciences from University of Wolverhampton, UK and a Bachelors Degree in International Development Studies from York University, Canada.
