He has conducted project evaluations/assessments of Islamic Aid projects in Pakistan based on five assets of livelihoods model. He also conducted socio-economic and livelihoods survey of the Islamic Aid's future programme areas and provided recommendations. He has been involved in conducting impact assessments of Sungi and Islamic Aid's programme areas and developing contextual framework and conducted situation assessment of four provinces for replication/expansion of Sungi programme areas.
Some of his major achievements are carrying out damage assessment of 1700 villages in select UCs of five districts of the earthquake affected area to develop a comprehensive strategic plan and assessment on the situation of IDPs of Bajore and Swat. He also carried out house damage assessment for provision of housing subsidy of more than 7000 households in collaboration with PPAF. Mr. Saad developed Project Implementation Plan based on the research conducted through using HIPs and HOPs approach initiated by CIDA and CHF.
He has done Master of International Relations from Hazara University, 2005 and BCS from Al-Khair University (AJK), 1998.
